Pricing & Floor Plans
The College Inn offers two to four-bedroom floor plans with the option of shared and private bathrooms, so your student can choose what best fits their individual needs. Our apartments in Raleigh are fully furnished and the monthly installment payment includes water, electric, Spectrum cable and Spectrum internet with NO CAPS or OVERAGES! The installments also include pest control services, full size appliances and the use of amenities.
On-Site Security
At The College Inn, we understand that the well-being of your student is a top concern for you. That’s why our student community utilizes an electronic entry lock on the front door and for each individual bedroom.

Housing Contracts
The College Inn provides housing contracts that begin in August and end in July. Our move in date permits students to be moved in before the start of their Fall semester. Give us a call if you’re interested in a short-term lease ending in December.
